Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and inserts
- Free from damage caused after delivery
Items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted for return. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it — we will handle the situation separately from the standard return process.
Defective vs. Remorse Returns
Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, Timelineoffer covers all return shipping costs. We will email you a prepaid return label after you contact us with photos or a description of the issue.
Change of mind (remorse): If you wish to return an item simply because you no longer want it, return shipping is free as well. Timelineoffer provides a prepaid return label for remorse returns within the 30-day window. There are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges in either scenario.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@timelineoffer.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your return eligibility within 1 business day.
- If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for packing the item.
- Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the carrier location specified in the email. You will receive a tracking number for the return shipment.
- Once the package is in transit, you can monitor its progress using the return tracking number.

Please do not ship returns to any other address. Packages sent to an incorrect address may not be processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility conditions, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement, as this timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or a replacement, please return the original purchase following the steps above and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive the product you want, as it allows us to ship the new item immediately rather than waiting for the return to arrive.
